Order
What is the ideal size for my Leke's?
Our shoes are narrow-fitting and generally run 0.5 sizes smaller than usual, so if you're between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
You can make your purchase with Credit Card (Vista and Mastercard), American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, during the purchase process you can delete items you do not wish to purchase, as long as you have not completed the order. Otherwise, please write to us at info@lekes.es.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, there's no problem canceling your order and we'll refund the full amount.
If your order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to process a return.
How can I check that I have placed my order correctly?
Immediately after making your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive it in your primary inbox, please check your spam folder in case it arrived there. If it's not there either, please contact us at info@lekes.es.
Shipment
What are the shipping costs?
You can check the shipping costs in the Shipping Policy . In any case, we will detail the shipping costs during the purchasing process and before making the payment.
Which shipping company will deliver the order?
At Leke's we work with Correos Express.
Exchanges and returns
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return or exchange it by sending an email to info@lekes.es.
Can I exchange the size?
If you need a size change for your purchased product, you can request it by emailing info@lekes.es.
Can I make a model change?
To request a change of model or color, you must request a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the product has arrived at our headquarters, it will be inspected and its condition verified. After verifying that the product is in good condition, the return will be accepted and the amount refunded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days, according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. However, don't worry, in practice, we usually process refunds at the same time as we verify the product's condition :) Please note that the speed of the refund will also depend on your bank.
If you paid with cash on delivery, please note that we will require a bank account number to process the refund. In this case, the refund may take 3 to 30 days depending on your bank.
Unisa Europa SA reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We only sell products in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a product with a defect, please contact us at info@lekes.es and we will tell you how to proceed.
Other questions
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Our products are limited editions and cannot always be replenished.
Can I request an invoice in my company's name?
Write to us at info@lekes.es with your order number, and we'll send it to you without any problem.
